Auto-filled fields show "null null" if enabled is not checked
We are seeing a glitch in our system when pre-filling fields with logged-in user's info (userFullName(), userEmail()). The fields pre-fill fine, but when we uncheck the enabled settings box for the field (because we don't want the user to change the information within these fields) the final PDF and data saved on the backend shows "null" instead of the name and email. We have to check enabled for the pre-filled information to stay.
The only other way we can handle this is to uncheck the "visible" box, but then the user doesn't see that their name and email in the signature area.
This seems like a bug in the system. The pre-filled field information should be saved and pass on even if the field is not enabled. We shouldn't have to display the user's name and email in a message field just to get around the problem.

Hi Suzanne,
More likely, the business rule is causing these fields to be set on step 1 and unset on a later step or during read-only viewing of the initial step. Please see this Business Rule FAQ with some tips to edit your rule so it runs on a value change, e.g. if Name is empty, or sets default value instead.
If you need additional help or would like us to investigate a possible bug, please submit a support request or email support@frevvo.com. Thank you!
