Your request is being processed

Hi folks,

 We have a form that just says "Your request is being processed" everytime we go to the link, and I am not sure why. There is no forced auth, and anyone should be able to start the form. Any ideas?

  Hi Mike, 

  If this is actually a workflow, check that there is not an assignment on the first step. Assignments on the first step are typically only used in a scenario where one workflow is kicked off by another, and in that case, usually utilize a template. If that is the case and it's not intentional, just try deleting that assignment and then try the workflow again.
