    Hi William,

If you use a frevvo Space, frevvo automatically detects the user's permissions and only displays to them forms/workflows they have access to. They will also only see tabs if there is at least one item in that tab which they have access to. This can be a great solution so that everyone can use the same Space but see different content based on their permissions.

You can also essentially remove a form from a Space by just changing the permissions on that form, for example, setting "Who can start the workflow?" to Designer/Owner only. At this time, Spaces will automatically display all deployed forms at the time the Space is created, but after that newly deployed forms must be added manually.

Please let me know if that helps!

Thank you for that, Megan. I was able to see what you referenced with a new space containing all prod forms.

Out of curiosity, can you think of any customers using a space to distribute 175+ forms? I'm mostly looking for ideas on different ways that could be laid out for maximum efficiency.

    Hi William,

We do have customers distributing large numbers of forms, and we also have some demo spaces that our team uses to show prospects how frevvo spaces can be set up. I recommend reaching out to your Client Services contact at frevvo who can are these with you. Thanks!
