Filled PDF Generation

I have a form with a PDF that's filled in by the Frevvo form. All the data needed for it is given in the first step. It happens to be a very long workflow with 11 steps. We'd like the PDF to be emailed after step 8 but the form doesn't seem to want to create the PDF until the workflow is complete.

How do we get the PDF generated before the end of the workflow?
