how to identify the drop down when referencing a google sheet
I want to have a list of items from a google spreadsheet used as my drop down selections. I think I understand the overall code I need to use in rule builder but I am struggling to understand how to reference the code to the specific dropdown. Any suggestions would be great.

If you select the Dropdown control in your form designer, you should see its Name property in the Properties panel on the left of the designer. The Name property is how you will refer to this control in business rules. See this documentation about control properties.
Another way to find control names and other available properties while working with Rules is to use the Form Outline. See this documentation on Using the Form Outline.
