Is there a way to get the form URL?

I was wondering if there was a way to grab the form's URL?  One of our systems will append a query parameter to the URL so that we can use the database connector to grab the user who clicked the link.  I have found a way to grab the _data parameters, but our system doesn't format the URL in the proper format.
