Flow doesn't kick off after a refusal
Hi.
I have two different flows that need to be completed for my onboarding process.
When submitting the completed task of the first flow, a task to the second flow created and is assigned to the initiating user. The user receives an email with the link to start the second flow when ready, populating some of the fields with data from the first flow.
This has been working fine. However, we’ve had a case where on the last step, the flow was refused back the initial user for an invalid information. The user corrected the data and resubmitted to continue the process. This time, the last user of the flow accepted and completed the flow, but the second task was never created.
The first form contains a hidden control with the url of the second flow:
It also has this rule:
The raw flow link of the second flow is:
And in this second flow, the task is assigned as follows:
Why is it not kicking off the second flow when the last step is refused, corrected, then accepted and submitted ?
Thx

Hi Anne-Marie,
Can you tell us when was this first flow completed? You should be able to see the submitted date/time for this first flow submission in the flow's submission repository.
Thanks,
Prajakta

Hi Prajakta,
I've just been told that it's not only a rejected one that doesn't work, but the second flow just simply no longer works. We back track it ot maybe the last Frevvo update.
Can I send you my flows to see why ? It's actully a much bigger problem as our whole unboarding proceses in our retail stores is on it's kilt right know.
