Change background color for a table cell

I have a repeating row section depicting as a table. I'd like for a specific cell in a row to have a different background color if the value is greater than 0. I'm not seeing the ability to change the background color programmatically either via javascript or the Rule Builder. Is this possible?

  Hi Guy,
  
  Currently, it is not possible to change properties like color, etc. via rules. We have an enhancement ticket (TIP-18520) open to add this ability in a future release.

  We have an enhancement ticket (TIP-18520) for this feature. The ticket has not been assigned to a future release yet, and it might take a while for our Dev team to look into it.
