Width of tables

Don’t know what I’m doing wrong, but having trouble configuring the width of the columns in tables.

 

In a previous form, I added a table and had no issues determining the widths:

 

 

Tried to replicate the same configuration. Never get more that 3 columns:

 

 

Tried seeing if I could reduce to 2 columns (to see if the % were reacting) . Worked but strangely, my third column’s label was still visible.

Tried moving my columns to see what would happen. Then 2 labels were superimposed.

 

What am I doing wrong?
