Frevvo E-mails Not Working

Hello,

Any e-mails coming out of the Frevvo forms are not working.
No changes were made to the frevvo.xml configurations.

Please see the attached picture. 

We checked our Exchange server and everything is working.

We reset the Catalina and Frevvo services as well with no luck.
