Searching the shared items

Hi,

When users forget to download or print an attachment that came with a submission, they must go to their Shared Items to find it. I get that submission are grouped by Flow Name, however, a same flow can appear more than once; the user must then open each one to find the correct submission. Is there not a way to search the submissions? I know you can search in the Audit Trail, but that does not show or allow  to reprint/download attachments.

  Hi Anne,

  The Shared Items menu will display a flow only once. Unless you have multiple copies of the same flow, you won't see it multiple times in the Shared Items. If you have multiple copies, then I would recommend either clearing the ACL in non-production flows, or rename the flows so they can be identified by their names.
