All Tasks View

On the My Tasks screen, add a new All Tasks view. This view would show all tasks without having to do a clunky search. The permissions would come from the view submissions permission on the flows.

  Hi Jason, 

  Are you suggesting a 'view all' for the flow admin in addition to the current inbox view? So the flow admin would not need to search for a particular flow but instead all tasks for flows a user has the permission to administer would be visible?

  Yes. Ideally flow administrators would be able to see all pending tasks and even open and view all forms. We just released and it's a common request among our flow administrators. They are accustomed to seeing all open forms with our previous platform.

  Thank you for the additional details. I have logged an enhancement ticket (20371) for this request.

  If you are the tenant admin and using the most current version of Live Forms you may have already seen our business insights reporting feature which gives the tenant admin the ability to view progress on all forms and flows in your tenant. Please see this documentation that details the feature. Expanding this view to other users is on our radar for the future.
