How to call Data API?

Hi all,

I am a .NET developer and would like to know how to call .NET Data API to see the list of all submissions. I know frevvo is using Restful service, but when I tried to use "http://www.frevvo.com" followed by service URI, I failed to get data. Also note that I have already logged in first before using the API.
