Required indicator is missing and labels disappears when creating form

The required indicator (*) is missing on forms in Confluence 5.5. Also, labels disappear when clicking on them and typing during form creation. Is there a way to resolve this issues or is a fix being provided? I'm using the latest add-on 5.2.0.24621 with live forms server 5.3. Thanks.

  Please see this documentation which explains the new required indicator in frevvo v5.3. You can use the new Styles feature to change color of the required indicator.

   

  Please see this Supported Platforms list. Chrome is not supported for the Design Mode (designer users login) of frevvo forms. It is supported only for Use Mode (where end users can fill and submit the forms).

  Please use IE9 or Firefox browsers when you are creating or editing the forms.
