Confluence users VS frevvo users
I am not quite sure how to deal with the concurrent users. First of all i was thinking that only those users are counted which are building forms but not the users which are just filling out forms.
Then i could find the following info in the wiki:
"Digitally signing the form (frevvo needs to know who the user is in order to generate a signature)
Participating in a workflow (frevvo needs to know who the user is in order to display a task list)"
Is this a general fact or does it differ in case of using the confluence add-on? So, is every confluence user that needs to sign a form counted as a freevo user, too?
Since it is a concurrent user licence i need to know which action will be the important one.... viewing? sending?
What will happen to the users if the concurrent users are totally in use?
Thanks in advance!

Please see the server configuration page for the Max Concurrent Users count of your license
Usually, Live Forms for Confluence License supports a 2 user key. One for all the CF users and a 2nd "spare" key if you do need to login directly to the frevvo web UI for admin purposes.
So, when users login to frevvo via Confluence to edit and/or use forms and submissions it consumes only a single actual frevvo license. Every confluence user that needs to sign a form is NOT counted as a frevvo user.
But if more than one users are logging directly into frevvo web UI then then multiple frevvo licenses are consumed. These licenses are cleared after the session timeout set for frevvo installation or when frevvo is re-started.
