Keep forms used in flow in sync with changes

Using the linked activities flow feature see http://docs.frevvo.com/d/display/frevvo/Linked+Forms+in+a+Flow,   this issue is less common in that you can edit the form in the flow in one activity and all linked activities are automatically updated thereby keeping the activities in sync. However if you do want to use the form in the flow to create another new  flow there is still no way to extract it the latest version of the form in your existing flow. You have to go back to edit the original form and duplicate the effort manually to keep the latest & greatest changes in the form. And then drag/drop the form into the new flow.

It would be very useful if there either was a way to extract a form in a flow back into the forms home page list or to keep the original form in sync and updated with the edits made in the form inside the flow. Or vice versa to have changes made to the original form update that form used in an existing flow.
