Add the "reports to" feature to the LDAP security manager

The reports to feature is really handy for simple approval workflows. For example an employee's time sheet, expense, vacation requests all need to be routed to the employee's manager for approval. Reports to makes it really easy for me to setup a business rule in my form to automatically route the form to the employee's manager.

This feature is missing from the LDAP security manager. Be great to have this.
