frevvo 4.1.3 does have this feature. In the submissions view, if you double click the submission, you'll notice that the name is a clickable link. Click it and you can edit the submission.

Within a flow, if you are in a downstream Step, the person who is performing the step can Reset it back to a previous step which allows the previous step. See: http://docs.frevvo.com/d/display/frevvo/Tasks+Home+Page#TasksHomePage-ModifyaTask

    Thanks for your reply.

I see that the Submissions container shows all submissions for a given flow. This, however, appears to be only accessible by an administrative user, and does not satisfy my request for a Submissions by user view as a user submitting a form through a flow would not be able to look at their recent submissions and view/edit/delete that submission without asking the administrator.

Within a flow, if you are in a downstream Step, the person who is performing the step can Reset it back to a previous step which allows the previous step.

Here, while the person who is currently assigned to the step can Reset it to a previous step by following an eight-step sequence, there is no control by the person who "passed it along" to their step of the flow.

Live Forms v5.3 supports sharing submissions with any user via roles or user names. Two new ACLs:

    • Who can View Submissions
    • Who can Edit Submissions

and the Shared Items UI enable granting form submission access. See the documentation for Access Control and Shared Items for full details.
