I want to integrate frevvo with Microsoft Sharepoint.

  There are some poor man's integration techniques that could be employed. If you configure your SP list to receive email, then you can get an effective document repository. We send our final form PDFs to SharePoint and use it's robust search features. I imagine you could use the SP page viewer web part to show forms. They might not play well together because Frevvo uses iframes.
