  Thank you. I've reviewed the documentation. I'm trying to figure out how to add additional columns when using the table palette. Is it best to add other palette controls such as the text or date control to make additional columns within the table?

  Yes, you can drag and drop the control (that matches with the type of column you need) into the table. Drop the control on one of the column headers. Then use the  green bidirectional arrow that appears when you click in the column heading to rearrange the columns.
