Upload Files with Metadata

I am using frevvo LiveForms 6.1.3

We would like to enable users to upload documents and select associated metadata through 2 dropdowns. Each upload will likely have unique metadata. We initially tried to use a Repeat, but unfortunately it appears that the Repeat function does not support the Upload function.

Do any users have suggestions aside from manually creating a static number of Sections containing an Upload and 2 Dropdowns? Thanks!
