New form frozen in build

I have built a new form in the test application.  It froze while editing and cannot modify any form features or any sections. I cannot open the properties, data sources, or custom windows. Also, once the form is up i cannot save or cancel, i have to close the whole application to get out.  I can preview the document and look at where the form is setup to go.  The odd thing is there are two new windows open, one called Forms outline and one called Mapping Forms Outline.  Ii have no idea what i've done and really do not want to rebuild this form.  If any ideas, i would appreciate it.
