Can I automatically fetch the name of the person filling the form?

  You can access information about the user filling the form from the security subject. See the documentation in the Business Rules chapter on Security Subject Information.
  
  This is possible when forms are being filled in by authenticated users. For example if you are using Live Forms for Confluence and the form is filled by a person logged into Confluence. Or for example when using Live Forms Online or In-house and the user had to authenticate to use the form because it's "public in tenant" and requires authentication.
  
  Live Forms can also be filled by anonymous users. In this case you would not be able to automatically be able to known username information via the security subject because in this case there is no security subject for anonymous access.
