define select box options in connection to user/usergroups

is it possible to "hide" select box options or other formular fields/options in condition of the predefined user group of confluence?

so... user A has different options than user B. on top of that also the following select box will differ in condition of usergroup AND previous selectbox!?

can it be done with the database connector maybe?

  Yes, you can change the selection control options and make the controls visible/in-visible based on conditions using business rules.

  You can use the built in data available in business rules to check the current logged in user. Then using this collection of business rules examples you can write your own rules to change the control options or the visibiity based on current user login.
