ERROR Invalid signature detected. Data may have been tampered with.
In the second step of a simple Expenses Claim workflow an error "Invalid signature detected. Data may have been tampered with." is displayed instead of the previous step user signature.
Is there any workaround to fix this problem? We have tried with different users, always the same result.
Thanks

When the workflow moves from one step to another, please check if any data inside the section is changed. The error you are getting occurs only if the section data from those two steps do not match. Maybe there is business rule which might be updating value in one of the section controls?

Hello,
We don't have any business rules defined. However we copied the form and the workflow from a development frevvo instance to the production instance using Download/Upload option, different URLs and ports, same username. Would that be a factor? If so what is the recommended procedure to move forms and workflows across frevvo instances?
We tested with a newly created form in the production instance and it works ok.
Thanks for your help

Download/upload of form/workflow should not normally cause any signature issues.
Is there a way for you to share the downloaded form/flow? Then I can take a look at it and see if I can figure what might have gone wrong.
What frevvo version are you using? And could you please also confirm if the development and production frevvo versions are same?

The forms in step1 and step2 do not match. There is an upload control (named Receipt) in step1 which is not present in step2.
Suggestion to create the flow again so as to make sure that both steps contain the same controls.

Probably I edited the form from the workflow. I though I was editing the same form. Now I know better.
Thanks a lot!
