Workflow suddenly became undeployed?
I have a workflow that suddenly went from deployed to undeployed? I know I did not make this change. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi Nikki,
I have not heard of that happening spontaneously, but if another user has Who Can Edit the Workflow permissions, they may have changed it. In prior versions, there was a bug (TIP-32586) where setting a form or workflow's deployed state in Settings did not persist after saving. This issue was fixed in v11.1 (released July 12, 2023) so you should no longer have this problem, but if you had set the state prior to July 12, it is possible it did not persist at the time.

Hi Megan,
This is a workflow that we have had deployed for a couple years now and there is nobody else within our tenant that would edit the workflow. It became undeployed very recently, likely after one of the recent patch releases.

I just checked this workflow again today and it spontaneously became undeployed again overnight. Any ideas?
