Sudden issue with step assigned to an email
I have a workflow (access control set to allow anyone to begin the workflow) that collects an anonymous user's email address {EmailAddress} on step one with step 2 assigned to {EmailAddress}. I've been testing this workflow for several months and it has been working as intended but as of yesterday I noticed that the email that should trigger back to {EmailAddress} (with a link to complete step 2) is not being sent to email addresses outside of our organization. I've checked spam folders to be sure it wasn't sent there.
Example: I was logged into my work email, performed step one of the workflow (entered my work email) and received the link to complete step 2 with no issues. As soon as I logged into my personal email and started the workflow by entering my personal email address, no email was sent back to my personal email. I've tested this with a few people and am getting the same results.

I recommend using these Email Troubleshooting steps. If you're still having trouble, please open a support case, include the workflow.zip file and let us know the date, time and email(s) that are not receiving email from frevvo so that we can further investigate.
