Signature requiring login on a form that's supposed to be open to anyone

I have a form that will need to be submitted by users who don't have usernames. I have set the Access Controls to allow anyone to start the workflow, but when I click the signature box  in test at the end of the flow, it says "Access Denied. Authentication required."

Any suggestions?

  Hi Anisa,

  The signature section will only work for a) logged-in users or b) steps assigned to an email. If you plan for anonymous users to complete your flow, you should either use a from-palette signature control or a workflow pattern that collects an email address on step one and assigns subsequent steps to that email. See this documentation for an example.
