Error message when submitting

I work at Syracuse University and have just learned that there is a technical issue preventing the submission of Frevvo forms and the PDF generation of a submission. This is the error message I got when trying to submit:

Oops. Something is wrong Couldn't create ChromeDevToolsService for chrome webSocketDebuggerUrl

Are you able to update me on timeline for a fix?

  Hi Jackie,

  Please see this support article which explains the error you're seeing. Your IT team will be able to fix this. (In your case, I believe it is already resolved!)
