Emails not being sent when the workflow step is "send email" or doc action is "additional email"

    Hi Anisa,

    See this troubleshooting documentation which covers some common email issues. Also, check that the "from" address is not blocked or marked as spam on your email server. Finally, make sure that any values in the "To" and "CC" fields are resolving to valid emails - in earlier versions, an invalid address in one of these fields could cause the email not to send. This has been resolved in the latest patch - see your version's Detailed Release Notes.
