task notification emails

Is there a way to change the url in the {task.notify.url} from http://localhost to something else?

Currently we have the server behind a firewall and we wont be able to change that so i have a redirect set up to the port 8082 which means i have to change the "localhost" to either the internal host, or the external host depending on whether or not im behind the firewall.
