That’s OK. It’s still a super cool feature, and seems to be little publicized.
The built in integration with Square-9’s SmartSearch (called GlobalSearch now…) has some limitations, and I can use the filesystem connector to get Frevvo forms and attached documents over into the system in an alternate manner without those restrictions.
In this case I am using an OCR process to get index values off of the actual form submission PDF, and for the attached document, I use the timestamp data with the seconds/milliseconds trimmed off from each of them to use SQL to pass on the index values to the attached doc and to assign an attribute naming one the Web Form and one the Uploaded Document without needing to customize the file name.
