On Jan 21, 2022 the frevvo Cloud experienced a service interruption at 10:50 AM EST for approximately 10 minutes.
Resolution
Our infrastructure team restarted the frevvo server which resolved the issue. All frevvo services were restored.
Our infrastructure team will continue to investigate the cause to prevent future service interruptions. (TIP-31219)
