On December 13, 2021 the frevvo Cloud experienced a service interruption at 10:50 AM EST for approximately 15 minutes following a security update.
Resolution:
Our infrastructure team restarted frevvo at 11:05 AM EST to initially restore services, and again at 11:53 AM EST to correct an additional error that was detected. All frevvo services were restored.
Conclusion:
No customer action is required. Our infrastructure team has identified the root cause and a fix will be implemented in a future patch in order to prevent further interruptions (TIP-31030).
