Customers using the Azure Security Manager may experience an error when logging in to frevvo. This issue was triggered by the v10.1.8 upgrade on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 6:00 AM EDT. Our developers are working to resolve this issue (TIP-30889) and expect to implement a fix in the next patch release.
Who is affected?
All Cloud customers who use the Azure Security Manager and On Premise customers who have upgraded to v10.1.8 and use the Azure Security Manager are affected. When a user attempts to login, they will see Application Error: Oops. Something has gone wrong. Please try the action again or contact support if you continue to have problems.
This issue does not affect customers using any other security manager, nor does it affect On Premise customers on versions prior to v10.1.8.
Actions Required
On Premise customers should not upgrade to v10.1.8. If you have already upgraded to this patch, please watch our announcements and upgrade to v10.1.9 as soon as it is available.
