On September 15, 2021 the frevvo Cloud experienced a service interruption at 8:02 AM EDT for approximately 10 minutes.
During this time, users logging into the frevvo Cloud may have experienced Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead. [browser] detected an issue and did not continue to app.frevvo.com. The website is either misconfigured or your computer clock is set to the wrong time.
frevvo Cloud services remained operational for use mode forms & workflow and designers when the browser warning was ignored.
Resolution:
As of 8:13 AM on September 15, 2021, the security certificate issue was resolved and the browser warning messages stopped. All services are operating normally.
Conclusion:
Cloud customers do not need to take any action, and the issue has been fully resolved. The frevvo team is actively investigating this issue to prevent future security certificate interruptions.
