Users may experience an issue when they click a Link (Email/Webpage) Share URL to a form that has Access Control set to "Authenticate Users (login required)" when they are not currently logged in. The user will be prompted to login, but can only see half of the login screen. They are unable to enter a password or click Login.
This is a bug (TIP-29555) that has been fixed in the v10.0.13 patch upgrade, applied to frevvo Cloud on March 11, 2021 and immediately available for On Premise customers from the Software Download Directory. It only impacts form links, not workflow links.
Resolution
Our developers are investigating this issue and we expect to fix it in an upcoming patch release.
Workaround
As an interim workaround, users should go to https://app.frevvo.com/frevvo/web/login, enter their username and password, and then browse the form link in the same browser.
Alternatively, if you use a frevvo Space and the form is available in the Space, users may login directly to the Space and access the form there.
Another alternative is to construct a share URL that uses the target-uri query parameter to send the user to the login page first.
Cloud: https://app.frevvo.com:443/frevvo/web/login?target-uri=<form relative url>
In House: https://<your server host>:<port>/<frevvo home>/web/login?target-uri=<form relative url>
Replace the <form relative url> with your form's relative share url (just the part of the url starting with /frevvo/...).
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate you trusting frevvo with your mission critical applications. It is our goal to always provide you with the highest quality of service possible.
