Users may experience an issue when they click a Task Notification link in their email and and are prompted to login, but can only see half of the login screen. They are unable to enter a password or click Login.
This is a bug (TIP-29382) introduced with the v10.0.7 Cloud upgrade on January 16, 2021.
Resolution
This issue was fixed in the v10.0.8 patch release on January 20, 2021. Please see the v10.0.8 Release Notes for details.
Workaround
As an interim workaround, users should go to https://app.frevvo.com/frevvo/web/login, enter their username and password, and then click Task List to view and perform their tasks. Please see this documentation for details on using the task list.
Alternatively, if you use a frevvo Space, users may login directly to the Space and find Task List under the Important Items tab.
Designers can workaround this issue for all of their users by setting a default space for the tenant (which will impact all task notifications), or by creating space-specific task notification URLs on individual workflow steps.
