Issues with Print, Cancel and HTML Links since v10 Cloud Upgrade

The frevvo Cloud was upgraded to v10 on October 31, 2020. If you use your forms in a frevvo Space, you may have noticed that the Print, Cancel, Link and View PDF buttons, and upload control links in forms/workflows, and any HTML links on the Space Homepage are not clickable. Our Developer Team is aware of this issue and working to quickly resolve it with a patch upgrade.

In the meantime, you can workaround this issue for Print, View PDF, upload control links and other HTML links by right-clicking on the button/link and opening the link in a new browser tab.

To cancel work on a form, use your browser's back button to return to your Space home page.
