On Wednesday, January 25th the frevvo Cloud experienced a service interruption at 11:00 AM EST for approximately 1 hour.
This issue was the result of an Amazon Web Service (AWS) server outage that affected many companies. You can read more about this outage at TechCrunch and MarketWatch. Our infrastructure team temporarily disabled AWS Cloudwatch logging on January 25th at 11:30 AM and all frevvo services were restored.
The AWS server outage was resolved as of 4:18AM ET on Thursday morning. No action is necessary for frevvo Cloud Customers. The frevvo infrastructure team is investigating a buffering solution to prevent AWS Cloudwatch logging outages impacting the frevvo Cloud server.
