• Emergency Travel Request Form - A higher education customer used this form to provide travel assistance to students on financial aid who needed to travel home to quarantine.
• Educational Website Permission Form (COPPA Compliance) - Schools are using a variety of educational websites and apps right now such as Flipgrid, Zoom, Skype, Brain Pop, Wonderopolis, Learning Farm, Dojo, Remind, and others. Use this paperless form to get COPPA-compliant parent consent for using third party apps.
• Timesheet Workflow (Cloud Only) - This workflow is in production use by frevvo and we're happy to share it!
