On Saturday, the frevvo Cloud was upgraded to v9.1. With this upgrade, customers who usually view submissions on Shared Items may find that their View Submissions link in the Action Menu takes them to submissions view for the wrong form or workflow.
This bug happens when two forms or workflows with the same ID are shared with the same user, so that both are visible on the Shared Items tab. In this case, the View Submissions link will default to the first form/workflow in the list.
Our team is working to correct this issue but in the meantime, you can work around this issue by removing the View Submissions Access Control on the form/workflow you do not need to view submissions for (usually a development copy.)
