Captcha patch release plan

All supported frevvo versions from v6.3 thru v7.4 are being patched to resolve the captcha problem. The patches will be released ASAP on a rolling basis with the final patch expected by 2/14/2018.

These patches are required because Google is shutting down the reCAPTCHA v1 API used in the Live Forms captcha feature. This issues impacts forms only not workflows.
