DocuPhase Forms (frevvo) Cloud Service Interruption

On February 29th, 2024 DocuPhase forms Cloud experienced a service interruption starting at 9:15AM, which last approximately 30 minutes.

Resolution:

Our infrastructure team restarted the Cloud server and all services have been restored. Our engineers are investigating the root cause to prevent future service interruptions.

Conclusion:
