Forms and flows do not look or work correctly in Internet Explorer

This can happen if Compatibility View on your browser is ON. Try by turning it OFF:

Remove the Live Forms Online app.frevvo.com or your Live Forms In-house server IPaddress and any website where you embed frevvo forms/flows from the list of sites that have IE Compatibility View enabled. See MSDN - Understanding Compatibility View for details on browser configuration.
