Forms do not get saved to ImageSilo if there is an & in the form fields

This problem is caused by a bug in Digitech's PVE connector. Live Forms attempts to work around this problem by URL encoding the '&' character. This encoding work around causes the data stroed in the PVE/ImageSilo index field to appear as %26.

Ex: When 'Benett & Coleman' is entered in a form field, it will appear as Benett %26 Coleman in ImageSilo.
While this is not a perfect solution, the ultimate solution is a bug fix required by Digitech. At least because of this work-around the document will not silently fail to be stored into your ImageSilo account..
