Service Interruptions October 4th, 5th 2014

On Saturday, October 4th at 10:51 PM UTC, Live Forms Online began experiencing service interruptions.

Resolution:

This service interruption was caused by hardware issues in the frevvo AWS EC2 Live Forms Online cloud production servers. The frevvo infrastructure team investigated this issue and corrected the problems by Sunday 4:37 PM UTC. All services were restored.
