On Friday, October 17th at 04:35:29 AM UTC, Live Forms Online experienced a 2 minute service interruption.
Resolution:
A new SSL v3.0 vulnerability (aka POODLE attack) was confirmed yesterday allowing malicious JavaScript to observe and manipulate encrypted network traffic. The frevvo infrastructure team disabled the SSL v3.0/v2.0 protocols on our production Apache servers so we are no longer vulnerable. All services were restored.
Conclusion:
It is also recommended that users proactively disable the SSL v3.0 and v2.0 from their browsers. Please see more details here.
We appreciate you trusting frevvo with your mission critical applications. It is our goal to always provide you with the highest quality of service possible.
