Service Interruption January 12th 2016

On Tuesday, January 12th Live Forms Online experienced degraded performance with features such as searching for pending tasks and submissions.

Resolution:
Our infrastructure team reported a SQL query causing excessive high CPU on our RDS instance. Live Forms patch 6.2.6 was created and deployed to our cloud production server on January 13th 8:44 AM EST to resolve this issues. All services were restored.

Conclusion:
It is recommended that all Live Forms In-house customers running v6.2.5 also upgrade to v6.2.6 at your earliest convenience.
