UPDATE 5/18/23: Our infrastructure team has resolved the DNS issue and all services are restored.
On 5/17/23 some users on the frevvo Cloud experienced a service interruption at 12:00 PM. Other *.frevvo.com URLs may also be inaccessible (e.g. support.frevvo.com, status.frevvo.com, and www.frevvo.com).
Our team is currently investigating this issue as the highest priority. Our engineers have identified an issue with DNS for frevvo.com and are working on a resolution.
At this time, no customer action is required. This article will be updated as soon as the issue is completely resolved.
